How can I pay for my membership?
Once you make your initial payment, the membership fees will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and FSA cards.
How do I settle my copay?
After each video consultation, you’ll get an email with detailed payment instructions. Simply click the link in the email to complete your payment.
Are medication costs included?
Medications are not included in the membership fee, but you can use insurance or GoodRx to potentially lower the price. Be sure to check with your pharmacy for the best rates.
