How Youphoria and your insurance works

Sign Up

Provide your insurance at signup or if you don’t have insurance you can select Self Pay.

Pay Copay

At your appointment, you will pay your co-pay which is determined by your insurance plan, or if using Self Pay, will pay that at the time of visit.

Future Visits

Schedule appointments are each quarter for the first year, then every 6 months for over two years. (Appointments may vary by client)
